Post 10: Bye!

Hi Guys! So this journey it ended it’s so sad to me to say goodbye, this is my last post, because the year almost over, therefore this class of english four. I have learned a lot in this class, it was a great experience. I have always been interested in this course, I mean, I like English, so this was an opportunity to develop my knowledge and learn more from this. Now I have more confidence with myself to talk and write, I have more capacities to do more things, and that’s great. The blogs were an awesome experience, write about a random topic and comment with my classmates was something that helped me to think, like using my creativity to write the things that I want to say. On the other side I think to writing in a blog it’s somethings real and modern. Something that I would like to change or incorporate in this class, it’s the use of the audio-visual material, I mean watch some part of a movie or a little video to discuss about that. Post 10: My study program

Hi, so today I’m going to talk about my study program Currently I study films in University of Chile, and this is my third year, I have learned a lot of things and developed my capacities. Cinematography it’s a very broad field, there are a lot of possibilities about work in different aspect of the career, you can direct, write scripts, and also use equipment like cameras and editing program, and we don’t forget one of the most entertaining work, I’m talking about, art director. Actually this is one of the departments of the cinematography and this is my favorite, but in fact, I have never had the possibility to work on that, why? Post 8: Best Part Of The Year!

This is my favorite part of the year ever, I’m in love with the summer and all the things that imply this season, the sunny days, the fresh clothes, the free time that we have, (at least me and my friends) also the weekends on the beach and the valley and every stuff and experience that we live in summer. I just realized that in a couple of weeks I’m going to be free of the university, and I need it more than ever, because this semester was and still being horrible, for a lot of reasons that aren’t important to tell, that it´s another story. Anyway for this year, for the first time, I’m going to have three months of holidays, yes it’s true, because, we didn’t have strike in the university, so I’m going to have a lot of time to do anything that I want, starting with a travel to the valley with my family. Post 7: Best Period Ever!

Hi everyone! Today I’m going to talk about an interesting decision; maybe you will ask to yourself the same thing, in this case, if you could have the opportunity to travel to the future or the past, would you like to go? Personally, I think that isn’t a very difficult decision because I wouldn’t like to go to the future, for a very simple reason, it’s scary me, think in all the things that could you happen in your make me feel so overwhelmed, and also could be boring, I definitely prefer to leave some surprises to me. So in that case I prefer to going to the past, maybe is the best option, I wouldn’t change anything because I don ’ t feel regret about nothing, I feel very lucky and grateful about the life that I have, and I think that everything that happened in the past, it’s for a reason. Post 6: Post Grade

I guys, it’s me again and in this opportunity, I’m going to talk about the postgraduate studies. Actually I don’t have a very clear idea about what I’m going to do in the future, I don’t know if I want to continue studying because it’s a very long process and stressful, I’m so tired actually and the only thing that I want it’s to finish my career and have time to do a lot of things, one of them travel to different places, specially I want to have more experience, I think that, in this moment I spend a lot of my time studying and not doing things, like videos or filming anything in everywhere, but in other way I think that it’s important to finish this career and maybe continue studying in one particular discipline, maybe documentary, it’s a great option, because I like it and I want to do that, I think in this university, "Universidad de Chile", they have a post grade about documentary film, there is the most near option that I have, because in the other way, I prefer t...

Post 5: My future job

Hi guys, so today I’m going to talk about my future job, in first place I don’t have a very clear idea about what I’m going to do in the future, but I have some things that I would like to do. I’m open to any idea of job.  I like a lot of things and disciplines, like photography, movies, music, art, etc. Actually that’s a reason why I decided to study films because I want to work in different places, I mean I don’t want to have a unique work for the rest of my life, I want to explore every part of my career, because cinematography is a very broad field.  That’s the only thing that I know about my future job, I really like to travel to other countries and learn different techniques and knowledge and use that things in my work, but always exploring the reality, I think the best things are happening right now outside, so I want to capture those things with my camera. Post 4: My favorite movie

Hi Guys! Today I'm going to talk about my favorite movie, I don't have specifically one favorite movie, it's very difficult choose one, but I remember one movie in particular that I really like it, in fact I watched many times, its call “those people” a film by Joey Kuhn, I didn't watch another movie from this director but I really like this movie, for many reason, first it’s a lgbti story, the cast is perfect, I love them, they are so talented, it's a movie with beautiful photography and art, it’s so aesthetic and also is very simple, it’s a good option if you want to watch a calm movie, with the perfect proportion of drama, the protagonist is Jonathan Gordon, The cast also includes Jason Ralph and Haaz Sleiman. The last movie that I saw is “12 years a slave” and the only thing that I will told you is that I cry a lot, it’s such a powerful movie, with an incredible message, it's amazing, 100% recommended.
